Last week’s massive rain storms are affecting tourism in many Quebec municipalities including in the Eastern Townships. The town of North Hatley saw water levels on its lake rise rapidly destroying docks and now the town is asking people to avoid the water. The public security department has the town on flood alert, and is monitoring the situation. Global’s Amanda Jelowicki reports.
