The tornado that sliced through a rural area north of Calgary on July 1 is among the most powerful ever recorded in Canada. It was been rated at EF-4 by the University of Western Ontario's Northern Tornadoes Project in collaboration with Environment and Climate Change Canada
Carolyn Kury de Castillo spoke with the people who survived that terrifying event while the storm raged over their heads.
