Hundreds of people gathered to protest in Seoul, South Korea, on Saturday, as the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, arrived in the country in an effort to calm fears over Japan's plan to discharge treated radioactive water from its tsunami-hit Fukushima plant.
