Not everyone in Canada supports the Pacific Link pipeline project to the West Coast or the speed it's progressing. Prime Minister Mark Carney says there will be consultations with stakeholders over the next year before construction can start. But as Erik Bay explains, groups are taking issue with how Ottawa is going about the talks.
