Police are investigating a mass shooting that took place in Philadelphia, Pa. on Monday and resulted in five fatalities and left two children wounded, in stable condition. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw said two had been taken into custody — the man believed to be the shooter and another person supposedly connected to the attack.
