Montreal public health concerns put stop to fireworks celebration

The much-anticipated opening night of the international fireworks competition at La Ronde has been cancelled. And as people across the country start planning their Canada Day celebrations, air quality concerns are putting a stop to planned fireworks displays. Global’s Tim Sargeant reports.
