New Montreal hotline to help families facing gun violence

The City of Montreal has launched a hotline to support families with members, particularly kids, who might be at risk of falling into violence. It’s being run in partnership with the centre for the prevention of radicalization leading to violence. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, community groups say the service is long overdue.
