Kent Osmond said on Saturday that the force is determining whether a “full investigation” into the deaths aboard the Titan submersible, following a “catastrophic implosion” of the vessel, would be warranted. He said there was “no suspicion of any criminal activity,” but that investigators were tasked with determining whether “anything contributed to their deaths that may lead us down a criminal path.”
