A look back at flooding in southern Alberta

Southern Alberta is marking 10 years since the devastating floods of 2013. A decade ago, many communities were inundated with water as streams and rivers burst their banks. Lethbridge was largely spared in terms of significant flood damage, but it and the surrounding region were by no means immune. Quinn Campbell takes a look back.
