A heart-felt apology Wednesday from a Vancouver police officer who’s being sentenced for assaulting a man in the Granville Entertainment District in 2018. As Grace Ke reports, the officer was found guilty of using a Conductive Energy Weapon on a Black man accused of jaywalking.
