A service provider that supports victims of domestic violence is reacting to a manslaughter sentence handed down late last week to a Vernon man. Shaun Wiebe was sentenced to four years in prison after killing his girlfriend Heather Barker more than five years ago, a sentence it believes is far too lenient. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
