During a press conference on Sunday, Conservative Party Leader Pierre Poilievre called upon Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to transfer murderer and serial rapist Paul Bernardo back to a maximum-security penitentiary, over a week after the convict was placed in a medium-security prison in Quebec. Poilievre also revealed that a new Conservative bill is in the works which would ban such transfers of "mass murderers."
