SGI to rollout free ‘excessive noise test sites’ for Saskatchewan motorists ahead of noise policy enforcement

Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI) media relations manager Tyler McMurchy spoke Monday about SGI’s upcoming vehicle noise reduction campaign. McMurchy said the testing sites are free for a period, after which motorists will need to pay for noise tests before fixing mechanical or aftermarket issues that raise the noise level above 101.3 db.
