People living in the town of Rainbow Lake, Alta., are returning to their homes. It’s been nearly a month since wildfire forced them to flee. The community is about 900 km north of Edmonton. ‘Global News at Noon Edmonton’ spoke with the town’s chief administrative officer Dan Fletcher about re-entry plans.
