Canadian designer turns trash into fashion

They say one person’s trash is another person’s treasure. A Canadian designer is turning trash into fashion in a durable and chic way. Padina Bondar is weaving her magic using literal garbage to create garments that are absolutely glamorous. Her clothing items are on display at a new exhibition in Toronto. As Mike Drolet explains, it’s amazing what you can do with plastic waste.
