Family speaks out about new Vernon cemetery rules

More than 2,000 people have signed a petition raising concerns about new City of Vernon rules limiting what kind of tributes can be left at grave sites. Now it seems the regulations are impacting not just temporary tributes but also permanent memorials at the city operated Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
