Parker Cove evacuation orders lifted after flood

Relief for some residents of Parker Cove Thursday as all evacuation orders and alerts for the subdivision were lifted. The returning residents were forced out of their homes in early May by flooding. While some will be back in their own beds right away, because of flood damage, other homes are still not habitable.
