Quebec to increase push for French-speaking immigrants

Premier François Legault wants the vast majority of people who immigrate to Quebec to be able to speak French before they arrive. He says even if the province closes the door to qualified workers who don’t speak French, actions must be taken to save the declining language. Global’s Dan Spector reports.
