WorkSafeBC completes report into deadly Kelowna crane collapse

It’s been nearly two years since a crane collapsed in Downtown Kelowna – tragically killing 5 people and forcing dozens of people from their homes. And WorkSafe BC says — it has finished its final report. Jules Know reports.
