Proposed bail reform changes target repeat offenders

The Liberal government has tabled legislation to reform the country’s bail system — to address the so-called catch-and-release system. The proposed changes target repeat violent offenders. Legislative bureau chief Keith Baldrey explains what changes are being suggested to improve public safety.
