Late Monday morning, Atira announced Janice Abbott has resigned, effective immediately. Abbott’s leadership has been under intense scrutiny since an auditor’s report into Atira and BC Housing was released last week. Legislative bureau chief Keith Baldrey has reaction to this, and also news of Lower Mainland mayors heading to Ottawa to ask for more funding for transit.
