The Nova Scotia government is turning over a piece of provincial land to a non-profit in the Annapolis Valley to help create 24 housing units. At least half of those are expected to be ‘truly affordable.’ The premier touts the project as a great initiative – but admits more work needs to be done to address the housing crisis.
