Frustration mounts as flooding prevents reopening of Île Mercier bridge

Residents of Île Mercier are still dealing with the effects of spring flooding. Last week, the only bridge linking the island to the mainland was closed due to high water levels. The levels have since receded and residents wonder why the bridge hasn’t reopened. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
