Metro Vancouver expands safety campaign on Capilano River

Metro Vancouver has started a major public information campaign, warning residents of the dangers posed by the Capilano River. The initiative comes more than two years after two people died when a spillway gate opened unexpectedly on the Cleveland Dam in North Vancouver. Kamil Karamali reports.
