In a lawsuit in BC Supreme Court, Chihiro Nakamura claims she was left clinging to a tree along the Capilano River in 2020 when workers opened a gate at the Cleveland Dam, unexpectedly sending water cascading down the valley. She's suing Metro Vancouver and the Greater Vancouver Water District for stress and injuries. Catherine Urquhart reports.
