The flooding situation in the small community of Parker Cove off of Westside Road in the North Okanagan forcing more people from their homes. The Okanagan Indian band expanding the evacuation zone for the second time as Whiteman’s Creek is dangerously close to bursting its banks again, potentially causing more damage to an already devastated community.
