A tentative deal has been reached between the federal government and most of the Public Service Alliance of Canada to end a nationwide strike.The Canadian Revenue Agency remains on the picket line. The collective agreement includes a wage increase and a one-time lump sum payment for members approaching retirement. As Grace Ke reports, remote work will not be enshrined in the contract.
