The expansion of public transit to Montreal’s east end and beyond has long been a contentious subject. But five mayors got together to tell the province they know exactly what they want. Authorities will soon unveil their plans to better serve the east end and off-island suburbs – and the mayors stood shoulder to shoulder to make their demands known. Global’s Dan Spector explains.
