VPD officer testifies first responders turned away at Myles Gray inquest

A Vancouver police constable has testified he turned paramedics and firefighters away as they arrived to treat Myles Gray because they were not certified in advanced life support. Constable Derek Cain, a former paramedic, testified he believed he could save Gray’s life, but resuscitation efforts didn’t work. Emad Agahi reports.
