Big crowds expected for Vancouver 420 events

Large clouds of cannabis smoke are returning to Vancouver Thursday at a pair of 420 events. They are the first full-scale gatherings since the pandemic and as Emily Lazatin reports, they’re sparking up, despite not getting a green light from the city.
