The City of Vancouver is proposing changes to the price of curbside parking meters in Chinatown. The pilot project would mean the price at a meter would be set at two dollars an hour between 9am and 10pm. It’s a move that’s hoping to generate more consistent pricing across the area and generate more business. Christa Dao reports.
