Providing an update in Ottawa after a 9 p.m. bargaining deadline on Tuesday, Public Service Agency of Canada (PSAC) president Chris Aylward said that a deal had not been reached and that over 155,000 federal workers will go on strike after midnight — setting the stage for what the union says could be one of the largest strikes in the country’s history.
