Should sharing graphic crime scene video be punishable by law?

Questions are being raised about whether it should be against the law for graphic crime scene videos to be shared online. It follows the stabbing death of 37-year-old Paul Schmidt outside a Vancouver Starbucks. Instead of offering assistance, his dying moments were filmed by bystanders and then posted online.
