Chocolate factory explosion: 4th body found, 3 remain missing in Pa. blast, authorities say

Authorities in West Reading, Pa., said on Sunday they have pulled the body of a fourth victim after an explosion at the RM Palmer Company chocolate factory in Berks County. West Reading Borough Police Chief Wayne Holben said they have determined through their investigation that there are still three people unaccounted for since Friday’s blast.
