Surrey murder victim identified, not known to police

Investigators have identified the man killed in Surrey on March 13 as 38-year-old Aren Alexander Smith. But the investigation has taken a mysterious turn as Smith was not known to police or involved in the ongoing Lower Mainland gang conflict. Julie Nolin reports.
