Group of Montrealers living in encampment under Ville-Marie Expressway wins first legal step

A group of people encamped under a Montreal overpass have scored a major victory against the Quebec government. The group took the provincial government to court to quash an eviction notice from the transport ministry. Now the campers in question could be on the verge of getting housing.
