Health care top-of-mind as Nova Scotia MLAs return to province house

Nova Scotian MLAs returned to province house Tuesday for the start of the spring session. A key theme yet again is health care, as the government introduced a bill aimed at reducing administrative burden on health care workers. Callum Smith has more from the legislature.
