Police investigate suspicious highway vehicle fire that left 1 dead

Winnipeg police investigated a suspicious vehicle fire on Highway 59, south of the Perimeter Highway, on Monday morning. A person was found inside the vehicle by police with severe burns, but died after being transported to hospital. No further information was made available.
