15 dogs rescued from apparent backyard breeder in Parkland County

The Alberta SPCA is now investigating after more than a dozen dogs were rescued from a breeder west of Edmonton. Second Chance Animal Rescue Society says the recovered animals were in very rough shape and the organization believes there might be more. A warning: some may find the images in the story disturbing.
