New Brunswick Liberals call on Blaine Higgs to hold byelections

There’s been a recent change to the New Brunswick elections act – if a legislature seat is vacated, byelections must be held within six months. But it’s not yet clear if Blaine Higgs will respect the new law. There are three vacant ridings, and the six-month deadline for one is just a month away. Silas Brown has more.
