Quebec’s new police reform under fire

The Quebec government insists it’s tackling racial profiling in the province’s new police reform. The issue has been prominent in the past few years, with many groups demanding an end to random street checks. But as Global’s Gloria Henriquez reports, many are unsatisfied with the government’s proposal.
