Québec solidaire says it was surprised just how dominant the party’s victory was in a Montreal byelection on Monday. The Saint-Henri-Sainte-Anne riding had been in Liberal hands since its inception in 1994 but after all the votes were counted Monday night the once-mighty Liberals were dealt another devastating blow.
