Quebec voters are heading to the polls Monday for the second and final day of advance voting, ahead of the provincial election – exactly one week away. Advance polling began Sunday, with voters choosing among candidates in all 125 electoral districts. The economy, affordability, relations with the U.S. and language are among the issues being raised during the campaign. Elections Quebec says advance voting has become increasingly popular, despite having fewer polling stations than on election day.
