Amqui car crash: Suspect booed on way to courthouse in handcuffs

A Quebec man was greeted by boos as he made his way in handcuffs into the courthouse in Amqui, Que. Tuesday afternoon after he allegedly plowed into pedestrians — killing two of them and injuring nine others — in what investigators believe was a “premeditated” act. Steeve Gagnon, the 38-year-old driver, was officially charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing death.
