Once again, many British Columbians will have to remember to change their analog clocks tonight, as most of the province switches to Daylight Saving Time this weekend. It once again brings out the debate of when we might finally stop the twice-yearly time change, as had been promised years ago. As Richard Zussman reports, it appears to depend on the actions of our neighbours to the south.
