What starts as a simple sketch can become something shared across an entire city. Toronto’s “Design a Bookmark” contest drew 4,600 entries this year, with 16 young artists seeing their creations printed and distributed in libraries citywide. The decades-old contest continues to inspire creativity, confidence, and big dreams in the next generation. Liem Vu has more.
