TSB makes 4 recommendations following fatal sinking of B.C. tug boat

Transportation Safety Board chair Kathy Fox made four recommendations for the tug boat industry after two men died when the Ingenika sank off the coast of British Columbia in 2021. She says there have been issues with multiple other tug boats of that size and action needs to be taken to ensure they are safe.
