Minister of Grosvenor Park United Church Nobuko Iwai spoke on Tuesday about a Saskatoon city council meeting regarding facility changeroom safety scheduled for Wednesday. Rev. Iwai said "when policy is based on fear it's never a good thing. Speaking as a Japanese-Canadian woman, when we make policies based on fear we end up with internment camps."
