Cities across the globe lit up well-known landmarks and raised the Ukraine flag or it’s colours Friday as the world marks one year of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. The Ukrainian flag was also raised atop the German Parliament in Berlin and outside Toronto City Hall in Ontario, Canada, joining allies globally in a show of solidarity.
