B.C. Tseshaht First Nation release preliminary school grave search information

On Tuesday afternoon, the Tsehaht First Nation released the results of a preliminary search for unmarked graves on the grounds of the former Alberni Indian Residential School (AIRS) near Port Alberni, B.C. Tseshaht Elected Chief Councillor Wahmeesh (Ken Watts), announced that research found 67 student deaths via the Doing It For Our Ancestors research project.
